It may happen that you dont recieve an email notification from us, and there are a few reasons to why this might occur.
1) Your email address isn't correct.

2) Check your spam folder.
- It's possible that some of our emails are going to your spam folder. You can avoid this by removing Waltz messages from your spam list.
3) Search for terms.
- Sometimes emails get lost in your inbox, to easily find all the emails sent by us you can search for terms such as "Waltz", "Waltz sale", "Waltz purchase", "Waltz new message", "Waltz party pass", or some other related terms.
4) Emails are delayed.
- Another possibility why you are not recieving email notifications might be because there is an issue with your email provider, and the emails are taking longer to be delivered.
